PBT – Open Level (Online)

Build strength, control, and body awareness with full-body conditioning based on the Progressing Ballet Technique method. Improve your alignment, stability, and coordination in a fun and supportive environment. No previous experience needed — just bring a mat, a ball, and your curiosity!

Ballet – Beginner Level

Begin your ballet journey with strong foundations! Learn classical ballet technique in a welcoming space — focusing on posture, basic positions, coordination, and musicality. No prior ballet experience required.

Pointe Shoes – Beginner Level

Step into the world of pointe with confidence. Designed for beginners or those returning to pointe work, this class builds the necessary strength and technique to dance safely and beautifully en pointe. Basic ballet knowledge is required.
