About the Workshop

Guided by me, this workshop is for dancers with solid experience in ballet who want to reconnect with their technique in a conscious, structured, and inspiring space.

You'll find a place to move deeply, refine with intention, and enjoy the process.

What to Expect

Saturday & Sunday:
PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique) with Regina. Build a deeper connection to your alignment, strength, and quality of movement.

Saturday & Sunday with Danielle Muir:
2-hour intensive on technique and classical repertoire with the soloist of the Staatsballet Berlin.

The spirit of the week: Small group. Detailed corrections. Supportive, motivating environment. We train with care, progress with purpose, and move toward artistic expression.

Danielle Muir

Saturday and Sunday, Danielle Muir — She a professional ballet dancer and soloist at the Staatsballett Berlin, where she has been performing a wide range of classical and contemporary repertoire since joining the company in 2013. She received her training in Australia and the UK, including her formation at the Marie Walton Mahon Dance Academy and The Royal Ballet School in London.
